AideWell SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective June 13, 2026 · EdgePoint Strategy LLC (“AideWell”)

Program description

Wellness practices use AideWell to send their clients appointment and recall reminder text messages - for example, “it’s time to schedule your next visit” - with a secure booking link. Clients may reply to coordinate scheduling with practice staff.

Consent

You will only receive messages if you provided your practice express consent - for example, on a signed intake form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. Your consent is recorded permanently and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Frequency, rates, and hours

Message frequency varies by your appointment schedule - typically a few messages per year. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent only between 8am and 9pm local time.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel all texts immediately. You may also ask practice staff to change your contact preferences at any time. Reply HELP for help, contact your practice directly, or email cherbst@edgepointstrategy.com.

Privacy

See the AideWell Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Messages never contain health details.
